This Shipping Policy explains how Thermza processes and ships orders placed through our website.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information where available.

Shipping cost and delivery time

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States. Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days from the date your order ships, depending on your location and the item ordered. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to circumstances outside our control, including customs processing and carrier delays.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Multiple items

If your order contains more than one item, they may ship separately and arrive in different packages.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we will do our best to help resolve any delivery issues.

PO Box addresses

We are unable to deliver our heated gloves to PO Box addresses in the United States — please provide a complete physical (street) address for that item. Our jacket and scarf can ship to PO Boxes without issue.
