This Shipping Policy explains how Thermza processes and ships orders placed through our website.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information where available.

Shipping cost and delivery time

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States. Orders ship within 1-3 business days, and most orders arrive 6-12 days after you order. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii can take longer. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to circumstances outside our control, including customs processing and carrier delays. If your order is running late, we will email you with an update.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Multiple items

If your order contains more than one item, they may ship separately and arrive in different packages.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we will do our best to help resolve any delivery issues.

PO Box addresses

Some carriers cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. Please enter a complete physical (street) address at checkout to avoid delays. If an order cannot be delivered to a PO Box, we will contact you to arrange another address.
