We want you to be happy with your order. This Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds work at Thermza.

30-day return window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging.

How to start a return

To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exceptions

Items returned that are used, damaged through customer fault, or missing parts not due to our error may be subject to a partial refund.
